Return Policy

• No exchange or return will be made without full proof of manufacturer’s defect.  Returned items must be carefully re-packed in their original boxes or a $10.00 box fee will be charged for each box.
• Manufacturer’s defects in the products must be reported within 15 days of receiving.
• All of our merchandise was inspected at the factory.  If damage occurs during delivery, please notify our driver immediately.  Royola Pacific will not take any responsibility of damage caused by improper handling and storage.
• No returns will be accepted after 30 days with our approval.
