Sales Policy

• For a free catalog, please fill out our inquiry form, or feel free to call us.   Your complete information is required to receive a catalog.
• We are a Wholesaler, we sell only to retailers and distributors.
• Proper I.D (Business License & Tax Resale Certificate) required for any new Buyers.
• Net Specials take preference over all other discounts.
• Cash & Carry purchases receive special pricing.
• Cashier’s Check or Money Order or Cash only for first time orders.   Company and Personal Checks will not be accepted without proper credit approval.
• All new accounts must fill out our New Account Credit Application Form providing all information requested.
• All prices are COD.   Net 30-day terms are accepted on approved credit only.   Any returned check is subject to a $25.00 service charge.
• Any outstanding bill more than 30 days past due is subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month on the amount due.
• Delivery by our trucks or common carrier requires a $500 minimum order.
• All prices are FOB Gardena warehouse and subject to change without notice.   Please call for confirmation of price and availability before ordering.

• All deliveries will be shipped by our own trucks or by common carrier.   All deliveries made by common carrier are shipped freight collect.
